Kinta Properties help emergency staff find their new home

Olive A special rebate to help emergency workers purchase a new home from Kinta Properties has been launched to say thank you for their hard work and dedication during Covid-19. “We’d like to express our gratitude to all our brave emergency personnel who gave it their all during these trying times. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the comfort and safety of being at home”, said Edwin Tan, Director of Kinta Properties. The special rebate ties in with the theme of this year’s National Day, “Malaysia Cares”. Personnel from the Health Ministry, Malaysian Armed Forces, Royal Malaysia Police and Fire and Rescue Department will enjoy a rebate of RM5k or 1%, whichever is higher on top of existing promotions when purchasing a home in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, North Ipoh or Taman Meru Mentari at Bandar Meru Raya, until 31 December 2020 “We were really happy when Kinta Properties told us that we would be getting an extra RM5k rebate on top of the Bumi and Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) discount because we’re emergency personnel”, said Korperal Mohd Adnan, who recently bought a home at Taman Meru Mentari. A new sales gallery is now open at Taman Meru Mentari to launch the final phase of double storey link homes following an overwhelming response, which led the initial phases to be sold out. The homes in the final phase features a larger built-up area and spacious balcony, to maximise the space available. To find out more about new homes, chat with our expert property team at 0125008018.
