Bandar Baru Sri Klebang is brimming with festive joy, thanks to friends who took the time to celebrate Aidilfitri with us at our masterplanned township in Ipoh.

It was heart-warming to see the hundreds of folk who showed up with their families in tow at our Jom Riang Riuh Raya open house last Saturday, 20 April 2024, held simultaneously with the launching of Phase 2 of our Xyris double-storey semi-detached home.

Feeling relaxed and carefree, thanks to the calming night breeze and melodious sounds of the Rencong Buskers, families bonded over mouth-watering Malay hawker delights and Raya goodies. Lemang, rendang, satay, mee kari, nasi lemak and kuih-muih – there was something for everyone!

Adding on to the carnival-like atmosphere was our games corner, which young and old made a beeline for to try their hands at Plinko, Feed the Monkeys and Down the Ducklings in exchange for prizes.

Three lucky visitors also managed to guess the number marbles displayed at our registration booth and walked away with grand prizes.

In between enjoying the performances, games and food, guests also took the opportunity to admire our Xyris show home while taking a closer look at the Honda City on display by Honda dealer, Ban Hoe Seng. The booth by buzzing preschool and kindergarten, Kinder Labz, was also a hit with the little ones as their parents enquired about classes for them.

As the night drew to a close, the ladies returned home with beautiful henna art drawings on each hand while little ones gleefully held on to their duit raya from Benji – the adorable mascot of Kinder Labz, as well as the masterpieces they had earlier completed at the arts and crafts corner.
