A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Annual Dinner ‘Shoot for the Moon’ at LABpark on Friday 9 February 2018.

A night to remember as more than 300 staff, partners, family and friends all gathered in the open air venue to celebrate another successful year and look towards an even brighter future.

Traditional lion dancing kicked off the evening, along with a speech by Kinta Properties Director Dato’ Lim Si Boon and a mass Yee Sang prosperity toss!

Reflecting on a Successful Year

Dato’ Lim spoke about the growing achievement of the company and praised partners for their support, he said: “Thank you colleagues, partners, family and friends for your staunch support that has enabled us to celebrate many successes in a tough market. More than 440 acres have been developed in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang and sales and demand have increased; with the first phases of double storey link home Cypress selling out in a matter of weeks. We now have 2,300 homes delivered to buyers and there is still more available and also more to come.”

He continued to thank the internal projects and marketing team members who built LABpark, with community at the heart of the event, which attracted more than 53,000 people over the Christmas period.

Future Development

Dato’ Lim added that future developments would be a mixture of affordable and luxurious housing, along with new developments in Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur.

Among the guests were contractors, bankers, lawyers and consultants.

Dining Under the Lights

Guests dined under the dazzling lights of LABpark while Meru Valley Resort pulled out all the stops with its popular Prawn Mee, sushi and carving stations. Along with local caterers serving satay to Apung and a mountain of sweet treats.
