Terms and Conditions
There are two types of rebate vouchers in the dip – RM15k and RM30k.
- The campaign runs from now until 1 July 2018.
- Valid for purchase of properties at Bandar Baru Sri Klebang and Meru Valley EcoVillage only.
- Eligibility of Lucky Dips for Rebates: –
- Property below RM550k – 1 dip;
- Property between RM551k to RM850k – 2 dips;
- Property above RM850k – 3 dips;
- Bumiputra Buyers on Completed Bumiputra Lot – additional 1 dip.
- Rebate vouchers can be combined for the same purchase.
- The rebate voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
- The rebate voucher is only valid for 60-days from booking date.
