There are two types of rebate vouchers in the dip – RM15k and RM30k.

• The campaign runs from now until 1 July 2018.
• Valid for purchase of properties at Bandar Baru Sri Klebang and Meru Valley EcoVillage only.
• Eligibility of Lucky Dips for Rebates: –
  • Property below RM550k – 1 dip;
  • Property between RM551k to RM850k – 2 dips;
  • Property above RM850k – 3 dips;
  • Bumiputra Buyers on Completed Bumiputra Lot – additional 1 dip.

• Rebate vouchers can be combined for the same purchase.
• The rebate voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• The rebate voucher is only valid for 60-days from booking date.
