The Chinese New Year (CNY) festivities continued in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang with the launch of Aspen at our Open House on Sunday, 18 February.

Neighbours, prospective buyers and staff were the first to step over the threshold of the latest home in the masterplanned town. The crowds enjoyed the traditional lion dancing inside and outside the house, a visit from the god of prosperity and a delicious Chinese buffet.

Ang Pow bonuses

Buyers were awarded with a lucky Ang Pow dip of RM15k – RM30k on homes under RM500k. Buyers who purchased homes above RM500K were allowed to double dip, standing a chance to win up to RM60k! The Ang Pow deal is on until 25 February and has already awarded many families with a lucky start to their new homes.

CNY at LABpark

If you missed the event and still want to celebrate CNY with family, neighbours and friends then head to our community lights and arts event at LABpark in the nursery, until Sunday 25 February, 2018, 7pm – 11pm.
