On the hunt for a Multimedia Graphic Designer

What to expect if you join us on this journey
• Demonstrate your design passion to solve complex communication challenges across the group
• Execute designs across different forms of media, i.e. print, digital, social, POS
• Ensure all design breathes the values and identity of set brand guidelines
• Obtain quotes for production
• Take photographs and videos for brand events and brand related projects

Experience using and knowledge of
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic DSLR photography and editing

PROPERTY SALES ADVISOR

Job Description:

Current Vacancies: Kinta Properties HQ is currently looking to recruit a Property Sales Advisor.  Here you will sell brand new homes in Ipoh – focusing on the current developments of Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, as well as Meru Valley EcoVillage and upcoming Bandar Meru Raya.

You will help our customers identify and purchase a new home from us and ensure they receive an exemplar service throughout the process. On application you will need to demonstrate the following skills/qualities:

Skills:

+ Strong customer facing and presentation skills
+ Able to work in a small team and on own initiative
+ Good level of English (written and spoken) and additional languages an advantage
+ Good telephone and conversational manners
+ Good time management skills
+ Positive and confident attitude
+ Able to deal with all customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner.

Candidates must have the right attitude and personality, as well as being passionate and focused on wanting to deliver a first class customer sales experience. Specifically you will undertake the following:

 

Responsibilities:

+ Sell the whole residential property portfolio
+ Manage the sales process and negotiations
+ Generate new sales leads
+ Follow up online (email and facebook) and telephone sales enquiries
+ Provide exceptional customer service
+ Assist colleagues in Sales Admin team to finalise sales
+ Prepare weekly reports – calls received, show home visitors and sales booking
+ Understand the developments’ target market by helping to analyse market trends
+ Be the face of the brand at roadshows and exhibitions
+ Supervise the upkeep and presentation of show homes
+ Meet individual sales targets
+ Other sales related duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
