Our Story
Our journey began in 1969, steadily transforming Ipoh’s landscape through thoughtful residential projects and eventually expanding into commercial and mixed-use projects. Over the next six decades, we have built more than 7,000 homes, launched three masterplanned communities, and established an award-winning golf resort.
