Job Description:
Our sister company, Shared Services & Resources Sdn Bhd, in Ipoh is seeking a suitable candidate to join its team as an Accounts Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage several full sets of accounts independently, including reviewing junior’s work
- Prepare monthly management accounts on a timely basis (Profit and Loss and Cashflow)
- Assist in daily accounting matters to meet required deadlines and to ensure all works are performed effectively and efficiently
- Communicate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and government authorities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and monitor cashflow
- To be involved in any other ad-hoc matters as and when necessary
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
- Must possess at least 3 years of working experience
- Must be computer literate
- Willing to travel
- Experience in Transfer Pricing documentation and SST will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

Job Description
- Handle sales administration documents which include SPA, Loan documents, billing and collection, APDL, etc..
- Follow up with purchasers, bankers and solicitors on the signing of SPA and loan documents.
- Generate progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificate in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare the handing over of VP documents and coordinate with Project Team for the smooth and timely handover of VP to purchasers.
- Compile information, update and maintain proper filing of all sales administration documents.
- Participate in new project launches, PDI and other sales-related events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with a housing developer on credit control and loan matters.
- Familiar with workflow for completion of SPA and loan documentation.
- Meticulous, prompt follow-up, with initiative, good organizational and time management skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
